Insert Sheet Rows in Excel for Mac
Alt I R is the classic Excel shortcut for Insert Sheet Rows, and it still works on Windows. Excel for Mac doesn’t support it. With ALT, tap Option, then type I R. The newer version, Alt H I R, works too.
